NOTES:

1. The Age Groups are based on the age players turn that year.  For example, a player turning 7 

(from 01/01/26 – 31/12/26) are in the U7 age group. 

2. All fees include amounts levied by Football NSW, FFA, NWSF and an Accident Insurance Premium. 

3. There is a family discount of $20 per subsequent family member.

4.  Refunds – Registrations fees paid (less credit card surcharges paid by HHFC) will be refunded if notification to deregister is received by the Registrar by 20th February 2026. A 75% refund (less credit card charges paid by HHFC) will be given if notification is received by the Registrar between 21st February and 3rd April, 2026 and 50% refund (less credit card charges paid by HHFC) if notification is received by Registrar between 4th April, 2026 and 24th May, 2026.  No fees will be refunded after 24th May 2026.

5. Applicable discounts and registration refunds must be made by application to the registrar. The forms are available on the website or directly from the registrar hhfcregistrar@gmail.com
